Position Summary
As a Food & Beverage Server, you'll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll provide friendly, attentive service while working in our dining room, weddings, and corporate events.
This position offers a variety of shifts and the opportunity to work with different guest experiences throughout the year.
Typical Shift Times
Shifts vary based on business needs and may include:
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Process payments
- Work closely with kitchen and resort teams to ensure excellent guest service
- Set up and maintain dining areas
- Assist with banquet events, weddings, and corporate functions
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
