Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced VW Lot / Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicle lot and ensuring customer vehicles are washed and detailed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle care, excellent customer service skills, and previous experience in car washing or detailing. Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail vehicles on the lot to ensure they are presentable for customers and sales displays
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle lot, including sweeping, trash removal, and organizing vehicles
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Monitor the condition of vehicles and report any damages or issues to management
- Ensure all vehicles are properly parked and displayed for maximum visual appeal
- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning and detailing tasks to prevent accidents or damage
Skills
- Proven experience in vehicle cleaning, detailing, or related roles preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality vehicle presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve standing for extended periods, bending, or lifting light equipment or supplies
