Window Cleaner — 2 Positions Available Barrie & Simcoe County | $22–$25/hr + Performance Bonuses
We're hiring two window cleaners to join our growing team servicing residential and commercial properties across Barrie, Orillia, and surrounding Simcoe County. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for people who take pride in their work and want to earn above industry standard.
What You'll Earn

What You'll Do
- Clean interior and exterior windows to a streak-free, professional finish
- Use squeegees, hand tools, and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Wipe down frames, sills, and surrounding surfaces
- Work from ladders and at heights as required
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
- Complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Invite satisfied customers to leave a review
What We're Looking For
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail — you notice the streak nobody else does
- Comfortable talking to homeowners and business clients
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on ladders
- Smartphone for scheduling and team communication
- Willing to wear company uniform (provided)
Nice to Have
- Previous window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning experience
- Customer service background
- Comfortable with light upselling when a genuine opportunity exists (extra bonus pay)
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Seasonal contract: 7 months
- In-person work across Simcoe County
