Baton Rouge Steak House and Bar Woodbridge is now hiring a full time Front of House manager. Must have minimum 3 years managerial experience. Managing all aspect of the restaurant but mainly focusing on the front of the house.
Duties includes but are not limited to:
Ensuring proper and efficient flow of service in the dining room.
Engaging with guests and ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable and well looked after.
Working at the expo (the window), to ensure that the plates up are up to the high standards of the restaurant.
Effectively resolve any issue concerning front of house.
Coordinating staff to do specific tasks for efficiency.
