Cowichan Woodwork Ltd. is looking for an experienced cabinet installer who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship, professionalism and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be installing:
- High-end custom residential cabinetry
- Commercial architectural millwork
- Reception desks
- Feature walls
- Custom furniture
- Interior architectural woodwork
- Hardware and finishing components
- Site modifications where required to achieve the best possible finished product
You'll also:
- Read and interpret shop drawings and installation details.
- Coordinate professionally with homeowners, builders, project managers and other trades.
- Identify and communicate site issues before they become problems.
- Complete installations efficiently without compromising quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe worksite.
- Represent Cowichan Woodwork professionally on every project.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has experience installing custom cabinetry or architectural millwork.
- Takes genuine pride in producing exceptional work.
- Has excellent finish carpentry skills.
- Can confidently read shop drawings.
- Works well independently and manages their time effectively.
- Communicates professionally with customers and other trades.
- Enjoys solving problems.
- Is dependable, organized and takes ownership of their work.
- Holds a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
Experience with both residential and commercial installations would be considered an asset.

Our compensation package includes:
- Competitive wages, with regular wage reviews.
- Vacation pay in accordance with the British Columbia Employment Standards Act, paid as part of your total compensation package.
