We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide body waxing services ( optional)
- Upsell additional treatments, retail products, or upgrades to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend suitable products for maintenance at home
- Assist with retail sales by promoting salon products that complement nail services
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with relevant certifications or licenses required by state regulations
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current trends in nail art and design
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services safely and professionally (nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated ability in upselling retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: $150.00-$250.00 per day
