Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Launder and neatly present linens and towels as required.
- Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized service.
- Organize and manage your schedule to complete cleaning tasks within allotted time frames.
- Address client questions or concerns with professionalism, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Effective time management to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled hours.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French) are an asset.
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is beneficial, though not required.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
