LINE COOK – FULL TIME / YEAR ROUND
Bailey’s is looking for a reliable line cook to join our team.
We’re a busy local restaurant with a strong year-round customer base and a long-term team. Unlike many restaurants in the County, this is not just a seasonal position, we’re looking for someone who wants consistency, stability, and to grow with us.
While many restaurants in the area are heavily tourist-focused, Bailey’s has built its business around the local community first. That means a more consistent pace year-round, familiar faces, and a workplace built for the long haul rather than just one busy season.

The role includes line cooking, prep work, stocking, cleaning, and helping the kitchen run smoothly as a team.
Weekend availability is required, especially during busy season, but we work hard to maintain a flexible schedule and accommodate booked time off whenever possible.
Currently we are open for dinner service Friday and Saturday nights, but with the right addition to the team we are hoping to expand dinner service further into the week until 8PM.
Pay starts at $19/hour + tip out, with a performance review and raise after 3 months, followed by yearly reviews after that.
35–40 hours/week
