We are seeking a Parts Clerk to join our Corner Brook team to expand out current team.
Our parts specialists know their stuff and are friendly, resourceful, and go the extra mile! In addition to giving expert advice, they are an essential part in providing quality service to our customers.
Duties:
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Advise customers in person and over the phone on our parts and accessories
- Create strong and lasting relationships with our customers
- Provide excellent after-sales service

- Parts knowledge to promote parts and accessories
- Good organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Customer-oriented approach and team spirit
- Ability to lift to 23 kg (50 lb.)

A clean driver's abstract and a law enforcement letter of clearance are requirements for hiring. A three-month probationary period is required before obtaining permanent status.
