Lead Concrete Grinding & Coating Technician

Prestige is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We specialize in concrete grinding, polishing, surface preparation, epoxy coatings, and decorative concrete work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Interior of BC.
This is not a concrete pouring or finishing job. We work with specialized equipment and install high-end flooring systems that require attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
What you’ll be doing
- Operating concrete grinders, polishers, vacuums, and other specialized equipment
- Surface preparation, crack repairs, and concrete restoration
- Installing epoxy, polyaspartic, and other floor coating systems
- Working alongside a professional crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Learning every aspect of our trade with the goal of taking on more responsibility
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who wants a career, not just a job.
You should be dependable, willing to learn, and able to work hard in a physical environment. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need a good attitude, common sense, and the willingness to take ownership of your work.
Construction experience is an asset, but it’s not required. We’d rather train someone with the right work ethic than hire someone with years of experience and the wrong attitude.
A valid driver’s licence is required.
