Mitsui Home Canada is a turnkey construction framing provider integrating building components (wall panels, stairs, and floors), design, materials, logistics, and on-site framing.
What you’ll do
- Build prefabricated wall panels (framing + sheathing)
- Build stairs/components (assembly and fastening)
- Handle dimensional lumber, plywood, and OSB
- Use hand and power tools safely (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow instructions from the Shift Lead and meet production targets
- Keep your work area clean and work safely as part of a production-line team
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift 6:45am-3:15pm
What you bring
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a steady schedule
- Comfortable in a physical role (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and basic problem-solving skills
Asset: Forklift ticket and/or construction/framing/manufacturing experience/OFA level 2 first aid

- CSA-approved safety boots (other PPE provided)
