We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to lead crews installing underground utilities including sewer, water, and storm infrastructure. This role is responsible for coordinating daily site activities, keeping crews productive, and ensuring work is completed safely and to specification.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and supervise civil construction crews on underground utility installations
- Plan and coordinate daily work to keep project on schedule
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to execute the job efficiently
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and site requirements
- Maintain quality standards and ensure installations meet project specifications
- Keep crews organized, productive, and focused on the task at hand
What you bring:
- Strong background in civil construction, specifically underground utilities
- Proven experience leading and directing crews on active job sites
- Solid understanding of sewer, water, and storm installation practices
- Ability to keep projects moving while maintaining safety and quality
- Clear communication and leadership skills
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
