Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various homes and facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all spaces are sanitized, organized, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in providing a safe, welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior custodial, residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, along with strong time management and communication skills.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential and industrial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, or minor repairs to maintain facility standards.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Manage heavy lifting requirements for moving furniture, equipment, or supplies safely and efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure timely completion of tasks without disrupting daily operations.

Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, residential or custodial services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the role.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions.
