ABOUT GLAMOUR SECRETS AVALON MALL
Located on the Upper Level of the Avalon Mall, we offer an amazing selection of professional hair care products, hair appliances, skincare and more! Our in-store salon provides a wide range of services including cuts, colours and blowouts. Plus our Beauty Bar, located on the Lower Level of the mall, offers manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, threading, tinting, Dermalogica facials and Inverness ear piercing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Operations for Atlantic Canada, this position will oversee all day to day activities of our main Glamour Secrets store and our Beauty Bar, including:
- Coach and motivate retail and service teams to achieve sales targets
- Manage scheduling
- Manage inventory, product displays and promotional programs
- Assign tasks, prioritize business requirements, oversee employee duties, and ensure operational effectiveness for both salon and retail business
- Ensure store, salon and beauty bar are kept clean, neat and organized and that all company policies are followed by employees at all times
- Resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner
- Ensure a positive work environment for employees and an unmatched, superior customer experience at all times
