Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly;
- Manage patient check-in and check-out process;
- Answering phone calls;
- Answering email inquiries;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Collect, verify and update client information;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records by documenting conversations, hearing aid shipments, appointments, and other relevant clinical and administrative events;
- Prepare shipment of hearing aids;
- Collaborating with staff to ensure a smooth experience for clients and a pleasant environment for all;
- Minor hearing aid repairs (growth opportunity);
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in office administration is an asset.
- 2+ years of office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
