Skills and Responsibilities:
- End-to-End GenAI Architecture Design scalable AI/GenAI solutions on Azure using AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
- Agentic & Multi-Agent System Design Architect advanced AI systems with LangChain/LangGraph, enabling tool-calling, routing, memory, and stateful workflows.
- Reference Architecture Definition Define reusable architectures for RAG, conversational AI, document processing, copilots, and decision-support systems.
- LLM Orchestration Frameworks govern implementation of chains, retrievers, tools, and graph-based workflows with best practices for modular orchestration.
- Advanced Workflow Patterns Establish patterns like supervisor-worker models, branching logic, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
- Prompt Engineering & Evaluation Strategy Standardize prompt design, versioning, testing, regression, and observability (logs, traces, metrics).
- NLP & Language AI Leadership Lead design of NLP solutions (classification, summarization, semantic search, entity extraction) using Azure AI Language.
- Python & AI Engineering StandardsGuide API/microservices architecture, enforce coding standards, and optimize performance, cost, and lifecycle ma nagement.
- Enterprise Security & Governance Ensure compliance with BFSI standards using Entra ID, RBAC, VNET, private endpoints, and Responsible AI practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Pre-Sales Drive workshops, translate business needs into architectures/ADRs, and support RFPs, proposals, and client solutioning.
