Responsibilities

- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all food products.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation or cooking.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, equipment, and food service operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen.
