About the Role
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our Freshslice team. As a Team Member, you’ll help create a welcoming environment for customers while preparing quality food and keeping the store running smoothly during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders in-store, online, and over the phone
- Prepare pizzas, sides, and beverages according to Freshslice standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, kitchen, and dining area
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients and supplies when needed
- Work as part of a team during busy lunch and evening rushes
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
