Job Summary
We are seeking a Post-Construction Cleaner with prior experience in cleaning. This is a fixed term position for the duration of this project. We have a condominium in the final stage of construction, and are looking for an in-house cleaner that will prepare the units for delivery to the incoming homeowner.
Duties
- Remove debris, dust, and construction materials from all surfaces and floors
- Clean windows, glass doors, and fixtures to ensure a spotless appearance
- Wipe down walls, baseboards, and other surfaces affected by construction work
- Sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors for a pristine finish
- Ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards before project completion
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely
- Report any damages or safety hazards encountered during cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is a plus for timely job site access
We will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. All candidates must have their own method of transportation to and from site. Hours are 8AM to 5PM.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
