Kingpin St. Catharines is a centrally located at The Niagara Pen Centre, premium entertainment destination for casual users, social and corporate groups. It includes 24 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, including 8 VIP lanes for private gatherings and special events. A variety of arcade games, 9 tech-infused interactive mini golf holes, unique food and beverage options, exclusive birthday parties packages, and more!
What will you be doing?

Effectively supervise all areas inside Kingpin including Admissions, Arcade, and Bowling

Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions

Training and coaching staff
-
Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

Ensure all working areas are always maintained in a safe and clean condition
What we’re looking for?

Must be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Previous supervisory experience required
-
Knowledge of POS and computer entertainment systems

Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
-
Ability to assist in budgeting and tracking costs
-
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (and willing to be trained in other computer programs/software)

Must be Smart Serve Certified

Standard First Aid/CPR C or willing to obtain

Food Handlers Certification or willing to obtain

Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time

Must be able to lift to 50 lbs

Required to perform other duties (including cleaning duties)

Ability to provide yourself with reliable transportation to and from work
