Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, particularly in performing routine maintenance tasks. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
- Lift heavy equipment or parts as needed during service operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle servicing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
