Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, especially in technology sales
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts
- Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via online channels
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, product demos, or technical sales preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for merchandising and stock management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
