IT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (B2B TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS)
Base Salary + Heavy Commission + Residual Income + Performance Bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY
TechOffice Inc. is seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Representative to drive new business growth across the GTA. This role is focused on B2B technology solution sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses that require managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, VoIP systems, and IT infrastructure support.
This is a high-performance sales role designed for individuals who are motivated by uncapped earning potential, recurring commission income, and closing long-term business service contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new B2B sales opportunities across the GTA
- Prospect through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals
- Identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities
- Conduct IT needs assessments and discovery discussions
- Present tailored technology solutions to business clients
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Close managed IT service contracts and recurring agreements
- Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and retention
- Collaborate with technical team for solution design and delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
PRODUCTS & SERVICES TO BE SOLD
- Managed IT Services (MSP)

- Cybersecurity solutions (endpoint protection, MFA, email security)
- Data backup and disaster recovery solutions

- Network infrastructure solutions (firewalls, switches, wireless)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Salary + Heavy Commission on all closed deals
- Performance-based bonuses
- No commission cap
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage pipeline effectively
- Professional business development approach
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for GTA travel)
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Managed IT Services (MSP) sales
- Cloud solutions sales
- Cybersecurity solutions sales
- VoIP / business communication systems
- SaaS or technology solution sales
- Telecom or IT infrastructure sales
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (ASSET)
Candidates with the following understanding will perform strongly in this role:
- Managed Service Agreements (MSA / SLA models)
- Basic IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls)
- Cloud computing and migration concepts
- Endpoint security and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Business email systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- Multi-factor authentication and security best practices
- IT assessment and solution positioning
(Note: Deep technical expertise is not required; ability to understand and communicate solutions is essential.)
CRM & SALES TOOLS EXPERIENCE (ASSET)
