International trading company (wholesale distributor) is looking for an Inside Customer Service Support who is passionate about providing excellent inbound customer service to our clients and who will maintain and increase customer satisfaction. Training offered. You will liaise with a Sales Representative and work closely with a Manager, our office and warehouse teams. As the primary point of contact, you will drive revenue and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will process orders, quote pricing, and collaborate closely with our field sales team to support territory objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales: Answer incoming emails and calls, warmly welcome walk-in clients, identify needs, and cross-sell to related product families.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Process/ supervise orders, track inventory availability, and release or track customer product shortages.
- Quoting & Pricing: Prepare and coordinate quotes, handle non-standard pricing, and consult with specialized departments for special orders.
- Administrative & Support: Process returns of goods, prepare credit requests, and work in close collaboration with assigned territory representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, availability and understand each customer's needs
- Maintain and update contact accuracy
- Supervise accuracy of information entered in orders
- Prioritize customer tickets and release requests to teams
- Offer customer alternative products
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams

Qualifications:
- Previous experience (3-5 years) with B2B Customer service, inbound sales roles
- Previous experience in Retail hardware and/ or Industrial distribution channels
- Must be bilingual and be proficient in French and English
- Detailed oriented
- Good knowledge of MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management and Sales CRM
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer facing and professional
Schedule:
- 9 am to 5 pm
- 75% desk position (no remote working), 25% on-site with VP
