Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, ensuring customers receive outstanding support across multiple channels. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for every customer while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media channels
- Manage office operations including data entry, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling high-volume calls efficiently
- Assist with processing refunds.
- Maintain professional communication with the customers throughout the process.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards for customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong office management skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism with phone etiquette and customer support excellence
- Ability to work in a team environment.
