Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our kitchen environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and ready for use, supporting the overall efficiency of our food service operations. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Assist in organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Support food preparation activities as needed, including handling food items safely and efficiently.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours.
- Adhere to all safety protocols related to food service, cleaning procedures, and equipment operation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience with food preparation or cooking can be beneficial but is not required for this role.
