Front of House Supervisor

Sandrine French Pastry & Chocolate is looking for an exceptional Front of House Supervisor to join our team. We operate two very busy cafés in Kelowna and are known for delivering a world-class French patisserie experience to our guests.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in delivering extraordinary customer service.
We will be hiring for both our Dilworth and Lakeshore locations and will determine the best fit after the interview process.
What You’ll Do
Lead the front-of-house team during busy service periods
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit
- Support, coach, and delegate tasks to baristas and team members
- Maintain a positive, high-energy environment even during peak hours
- Ensure presentation standards for pastries, beverages, and the café are always exceptional
- Communicate with production to ensure product flow between locations
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling and daily operations alongside management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant supervision/management
- Someone who genuinely loves people and customer service
- Calm, organized, and confident in high-pressure environments
- A natural leader who can delegate and motivate a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day
- A team player who understands that hospitality sometimes requires flexibility when the business needs support
- Experience in high-volume cafés or restaurants is a strong asset
