Harmony Haven Counselling & Support Services is expanding our multidisciplinary team and seeking passionate allied health professionals who value client-centered, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care.
This is a unique opportunity to practice within a modern, collaborative environment alongside experienced mental health and wellness professionals, supporting individuals, couples, children, and families through an integrated and holistic approach to care.
We Are Currently Seeking:
Registered Social Worker / Psychotherapist
Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, and youth within a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming framework. Ideal candidates value collaboration, relational care, and creating safe, affirming therapeutic spaces for diverse clients and presentations.
Trauma-Informed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Provide trauma-informed massage therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs while supporting nervous system regulation, safety, and overall wellness within an integrated care environment.
Nurse Practitioner
Support clients through assessment, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and holistic health care within a collaborative wellness model.
Psychologist (Assessments)
Provide psychological assessments for children, youth, and/or adults, including diagnostic clarification and recommendations to support treatment planning, school supports, and overall functioning.
Occupational Therapist
Support individuals with emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, daily living skills, and functional wellness through neuro-affirming and client-centered interventions.
Developmental Services Worker (DSW)
Support children, youth, and families through compassionate, relationship-based care focused on emotional regulation, skill-building, community participation, and daily functioning. This role may include supporting neurodivergent individuals, children with developmental disabilities, and families navigating behavioural, emotional, or sensory-related challenges.
The ideal candidate brings a calm, flexible, and client-centered approach, with a strong understanding of neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care. Experience supporting children and youth in community, school, home, or clinic-based settings is considered a strong asset.

- Registered and in good standing with the applicable Ontario regulatory college
