Century Stone Dental is seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced, patient-focused practice.
We are looking for someone confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones professionally and manage patient communication
- Schedule appointments strategically to optimize the daily schedule
- Submit and track insurance claims
- Discuss treatment estimates and collect patient portions
- Manage outstanding balances and follow up on accounts
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Maintain accurate notes and financial documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years dental administration experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable discussing finances with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
