Overview:
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

- Familiarity with security alarm systems – enabling and disabling.
- Ability to learn and adapt to sales software quickly.

Job Duties:
- Open and Close retail store, including activating and deactivating alarms.
- Provide a high level of customer service; build quality relationships with customers, suggest new products, provide product knowledge, and remind them of upcoming sales.
- Organize and unpack stock on order days
- Assist Team Leader with Weekly inventory Counting
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming environment.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and industry trends.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary area.
- Educate customers about product usage, effects, and safety information.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
· The Budtender must have the ability to learn on the fly in an ever-changing work environment. This requires the individual to have a proactive versus reactive mind set, allowing the Budtender to independently solve situations.
