Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative specializing in Pest Control to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outside sales, business development, and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Fluency in Spanish and experience with technology sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer needs and leverage modern sales tools.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to acquire new pest control clients and expand existing accounts
- Engage in business development activities to identify new market opportunities and generate leads
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of contracts with prospective clients
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote pest control services effectively within targeted markets
- Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Provide technical sales support by explaining service benefits and addressing client concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve service offerings
- Maintain a strong understanding of pest control industry standards, competitors, and technological advancements
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the pest control or related industries is a must
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for service promotion
- Experience with technology sales, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, is preferred
- Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and projects
Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
