Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles to transport freight efficiently and safely across various routes. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, familiarity with heavy equipment, and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance. As an Owner Operator Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high safety standards and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks and heavy equipment to transport freight to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to address minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and fuel logs.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations during operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
- Assist with warehouse operations including freight handling and inventory management when required.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or related machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of freight handling, loading/unloading procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is desirable.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in various environmental conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to operate independently as an Owner Operator Driver.

Pay: $3,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
