National Lifeguard certification is required (NL Waterfront is preferred).
Schedule: Full-time day camp Monday-Friday from June 26–Sept. 4 for eligible Canada Summer Jobs candidates.

- - Safety-First: You’re a pro at managing groups near water (lakes and pools), and ensuring everyone's safety, wellness, and engagement.
- - Community Builder: You thrive on building positive relationships with parents, kids, youth, staff, volunteers, and the community.
- - Resourceful: You have a "toolbox" full of games and activities ready to go.
Prerequisites:
- - Lifeguard Certification.
- - Current Police Information Check & First Aid Certification.

What Your Days Will Look Like:
- - Help Lead the Adventure: Collaboratively lead games and activities at beautiful spots like White Pine Beach and Coquitlam River.
- - Navigate the Day: Ensure safety around water, and de-escalate challenges with a calm, respectful approach.
- - Collaborate with the Camp Coordinator and Camp Director along with Admin, Camp Leaders, and Volunteers.
- - Train and mentor staff and volunteers.
- - The position will be outdoors, collaboratively leading one of our camps.
Locations: We have camps throughout Metro Vancouver, BC. Please let us know which camps you'd be most interested in joining. A reliable car is recommended.
