We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our company. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, capable of building strong customer relationships, motivated to introducing our products to new markets in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Work with the operations team to forecast product demand and seasonal trends.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints.
- Participate in business development initiatives to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Class 5 driver’s license
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales deals effectively
- Ability to speak Filipino is an asset
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
