Responsibilities
- Install residential asphalt shingle roofing systems to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete tear-offs and roof preparation.
- Install ice and water shield, underlayment, flashings, vents, drip edge, starter shingles, ridge cap, and accessories.
- Ensure roofs are installed to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use fall protection at all times.
- Communicate professionally with crew members and homeowners.
- Assist in loading materials and maintaining company equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential shingle roofing experience.
- Able to install complete roofing systems with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of proper flashing techniques and roof ventilation.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs (23 kg) or more.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence is considered an asset.
- Fall Protection certification is an asset (training available if required).

Wage
$24.00–$32.00+ per hour, depending on experience, productivity, and workmanship.
