Furnace Cleaning Technician (Commercial & Residential)
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Furnace Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position involves cleaning and servicing furnace and duct systems in both commercial and residential properties.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable Transportation
- Clean driver's abstract
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic knowledge of using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of hvac systems
- Organized and able to handle equipment with care
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual labor
- Able to manage time efficiently
Responsibilities
- Clean furnaces, ducts, and ventilation systems
- Take apart minor furnace components and re-install when necessary
- Operate truck mounted compressor and truck mounted vacuum equipment
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good condition and being maintained
- Keep equipment organized at all times
- Manage time efficiently at each job through the work day
- Travel safely to and from residential and commercial job sites
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Experience in furnace or duct cleaning is an asset but not required. Training provided Upon hiring.

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
