Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at various customer properties. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment, and implement maintenance strategies. This role requires strong management skills, knowledge or background in property maintenance and the ability to coordinate projects effectively to support efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support
- Provide general maintenance for residential properties, including but not limited to: cottage checks, landscaping, cleaning support, spring openings, fall closing etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment
Requirements
- Proven management experience is an asset
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Extensive knowledge of property maintenance/management
- Experience with hand tools, lawn equipment and small machinery
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid Ontario Driver's License

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
