Job Summary
As the Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our social media channels. You'll work closely with our sales, service, and marketing teams to showcase our vehicles, people, events, and customer experiences while building a strong and engaged online community.
Your goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive engagement, and create content that reflects the energy and excitement of the automotive industry.

The Job:
- Social Media Management - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Content Creation - Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and written posts that showcase our vehicles, dealership culture, community involvement, and customer experiences.
- Community Engagement - Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and foster a positive online community that reflects our brand values.
- Brand Voice - Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms while adapting content for different audiences and campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting - Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reporting on engagement, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness. Use insights to improve future content strategies.
- Campaign Development - Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, promotions, partnerships, and influencer collaborations designed to drive traffic, engagement, and sales opportunities.
- Event Promotion - Promote dealership events, vehicle launches, sales campaigns, sponsorships, and community initiatives through creative and targeted social media content.
- Trend Monitoring - Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices to keep our marketing fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience managing social media accounts, creating content, or working in digital marketing. Experience within the automotive industry is considered an asset.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in social media platforms and tools, content creation, and community management. Excellent English, writing, editing, and communication skills are essential.
- Creativity: Ability to develop original content ideas that capture attention and drive engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with social media analytics, performance metrics, and reporting tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments including sales, service, finance, and management.
- Passion: A genuine interest in social media, marketing, storytelling, and the automotive industry.
