We’re a franchise, but we don’t run like a typical corporate chain.
If you love the stability, and resources of a major franchise but are exhausted by the lean staffing, rigid corporate culture, and burnout of standard retail chains, this is the environment you’ve been looking for.
As a locally owned and operated franchise, we have the freedom to run our stores differently. We choose to invest directly in our people—providing premium wages, robust staffing overlap, and advanced clinical funding—so that you can actually enjoy coming to work and practice to the full scope of your license.
The Professional Investment Package: We Value Your Growth
- 100% Licensing Fee Coverage: We fully cover your annual Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) registration fees and professional liability insurance.
- Fully Funded Professional Certifications: Want to specialize? We pay for your advanced professional development, including funding for Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP) credentials.
- New Graduate Support Model: We subsidize New Grad Fees and provide direct, built-in mentorship from our award-winning peer pharmacists to help you confidently transition into full-time clinical practice.
The Operational Difference: Stability & Support
- Strong Pharmacist & Tech Overlap: We refuse to run skeleton crews. You will enjoy Pharmacist and Registered Technician overlap on most days, ensuring you have collaborative backup during peak hours.
- Full Staff Coverage: Our operating hours are fully covered by a robust team of Assistants, meaning you are never left stranded running a busy bench solo.
- Dedicated Shift Focus: Say goodbye to task-switching anxiety. We structure schedule blocks dedicated strictly to Dispensing and separate focuses dedicated to Professional Services (Minor Ailments, clinical consultations, injections). When you are focused on clinical care, the bench is supported.
- A Tenured, Collaborative Team: Work alongside a deeply experienced team of pharmacists and integrated Registered Pharmacy Technicians (RPhTs) who stay with us long-term because our working environment is manageable and respectful.
The Clinical Edge: Advanced & Inclusive Practice
- Full Clinical Connect Access: With full access to provincial electronic health records, lab values, and patient charts via Clinical Connect, you are fully empowered to make safe, informed, clinical decisions on the spot.
- Progressive Care & LGBTQ+ Health: We pride ourselves on being an inclusive space. You will work alongside and learn from our LGBTQ+ health specialists, providing tailored, culturally competent care to a diverse downtown community.
- Impactful Public Health Partnerships: We actively collaborate with the Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) to run high-impact public health initiatives, including providing fully accessible nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and structured smoking cessation programs.
The Downtown Lifestyle Perks
- Unmatched Transit & Commuting: Located right in the heart of downtown London, you have effortless access to all major transit options.
- Vibrant Post-Work Culture: Step out of the pharmacy and immediately into the best the city has to offer. We are completely walkable to top-tier restaurants, cafes, and bars—perfect for running lunchtime errands or enjoying a thriving post-work social life.
