Red Edge Agriculture is looking for the right person to join our team as a 310Q Auto Body Apprentice.
This isn’t insurance collision work. We restore, repair, and refinish farm equipment, heavy machinery, trucks, and industrial equipment. Every job is different, and you’ll learn the entire refinishing process from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone with a good attitude, who takes pride in their work, isn’t afraid to get dirty, and wants to build a career in the trade.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sanding and surface preparation
- Metal repair and fabrication
- Body filler and panel straightening
- Masking equipment for paint
- Applying epoxy primers and high-build primers
- Painting industrial equipment and farm machinery
- Buffing and final finishing
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
We primarily spray single-stage compliant coatings, with occasional basecoat/clearcoat work.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience is an asset, but not required
The right candidate will be offered a 310Q Auto Body Apprenticeship and receive hands-on training from experienced technicians.
