Sadowski's Landscaping is looking for an experienced and dependable landscaper to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and understands what it takes to complete landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is not an entry-level labour position. We're looking for someone with previous landscaping or construction experience who can contribute immediately and help keep projects moving forward.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our team, you'll be involved in all aspects of landscape construction, including:
- Site preparation and grading
- Retaining walls and hardscaping
- Sod, decorative rock, mulch, and landscape installations
- Fencing and deck construction
- Material handling and transportation
- Operating landscaping equipment and vehicles
- Supporting the crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
No two days are exactly the same, and we need people who are willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, landscape construction, construction, or related experience
- Experience operating skid steers and mini skid steers
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is considered a strong asset:
- Retaining walls
- Grading and site preparation
- Paving stones and hardscaping
- Fencing
- Deck construction
- Reading plans and layouts
- Leading or mentoring crew members

Compensation
- $24 - $26 per hour depending on experience
