We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our integrative healthcare team. As a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist at Higher State, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized care for women experiencing pelvic health issues.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive pelvic health assessments, including internal exams (where appropriate)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Provide hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and education
- Support clients through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond
- Educate clients on pelvic health, self-care strategies, and long-term wellness
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, RMTs, and other wellness practitioners
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Master of Science in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing
- Registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Physical Therapists
- Active professional liability insurance
- Completion of Level 1 Pelvic Health training (Levels 2 and 3 are an asset)
- Rostered to perform internal pelvic exams
- Experience in pelvic health is an asset
- For new graduates, a strong interest in pelvic health and willingness to pursue mentorship and continued education
- Passion for supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond
