About the Role
We're a high-volume real estate team serving Ajax, Whitby, Pickering, and Oshawa, looking for a content creator to shoot, edit, and manage social media for a 17-year veteran REALTOR®. This is a hands-on, in-person role — you'll be filming on location (car, office, around Durham and GTA), editing short-form video, and keeping our social presence consistent and sharp. Camera and editing gear provided.
Core Duties
- Shoot short-form video content (talking-head, market updates, listing-adjacent content) on location
- Edit for Instagram/Reels: cuts, captions, pacing, on-screen text — scripts and story direction provided, you bring the execution
- Manage the posting schedule and basic engagement across social channels
- Basic photo editing and Canva design support for flyers and carousels
- Keep a content calendar organized and on schedule
What We Need From You
- Real experience shooting and editing short-form content — a portfolio or reel samples required
- Proficiency in CapCut & Edits.
- Comfortable working independently once given direction/scripts
- Full-time availability, in-person, Durham Region
- Looking for a fun and creative person.
Bonus (Not Required)
- Interest in real estate admin/transaction support — we're happy to train the right person on transaction coordination, MLS listing management, and general back-office work. Taking this on could mean expanded responsibilities and pay down the line.
Compensation & Growth
$18/hour to start, gear provided. Pay reviewed at 90 days based on performance, with room to grow — including additional pay if you take on real estate admin duties once trained.
