Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crew Member to join our landscaping and construction team. This role involves hands-on work in outdoor environments, supporting various projects related to landscape maintenance, irrigation, gardening, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical aptitude, and be eager to contribute to maintaining and enhancing our clients' outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Operate and maintain equipment such as excavators, hand tools, and power tools to perform landscaping, excavation, and construction tasks
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water distribution
- Perform gardening duties including planting, pruning, mulching, and lawn care to promote healthy landscapes
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal
- Support construction projects by digging trenches, setting foundations, or installing features under supervision
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs as needed
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures during all tasks and operating machinery responsibly
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and minor repairs of hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Construction experience or background in related trades is advantageous but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
