Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our bakery production team. This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where team members will assist with the preparation, production, packaging, and sanitation of bakery products.
Previous bakery, food production, kitchen, or restaurant experience is an asset, but training is available for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mixing, measuring, preparing, and assembling bakery products
- Operate bakery and production equipment safely
- Package and label finished products accurately
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Follow recipes, production instructions, and company procedures
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications
- Previous food production, bakery, kitchen, or restaurant experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
