We are looking for a new Lead Supervisor to lead our team and drive our business to new heights!
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced barista with a passion for high-quality coffee and for providing the best possible experience for our guests. Leadership experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right person to succeed in the role.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the café, including food service, kitchen, and customer service
- Manage and train café staff
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new ideas
- Monitor sales and financial performance, and make adjustments as necessary
Experience:
- Min 2 years management & barista experience
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including kitchen management and cooking techniques
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Bartending experience is a plus

Compensation:
- Salary starts at: $21.58 p/h raises to $22.68 p/h after 3 month probation period; with a further raise after 18 month
