Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory standards within our manufacturing operations. Duties
- Monitor and maintain compliance with CVOR, DOT, FMCSA, ELD, HOS, and company safety requirements.
- Manage driver qualification files, training records, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor driver performance, violations, accidents, and safety-related incidents.
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate vehicle safety inspections, maintenance compliance, and audit preparation.
- Ensure all drivers comply with company policies, hours of service regulations, and operational procedures.
- Handle safety meetings, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Communicate with dispatch, maintenance, HR, and management regarding compliance matters.
- Maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities, insurance providers, and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a trucking company, minimum of 3 years
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent training & development skills with the ability to educate diverse teams effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze complex data and prepare clear reports
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external agencies
- Relevant certifications or training in compliance management or related fields are preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
