We are a Commercial cleaning company built around consistency, professionalism, and clear systems. We’re currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractor cleaners that have their own equipment to join our growing team in the West GTA.
This role is ideal for experienced cleaners who want steady work, clear expectations, and respectful clients—without the chaos that comes with most cleaning gigs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial cleaning (recurring + occasional deep cleans)
- Following clear cleaning checklists and service standards
- Working independently or with a partner, depending on the job
- Representing TCC professionally in clients’ homes
Pay & Schedule
- $24/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- Opportunity for increased hours as demand grows

You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Have prior commercial cleaning experience
- Are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Have access to a reliable vehicle
- Take pride in your work and care about quality
- Are comfortable working independently
- Can pass a background check (no criminal record)
- Are legally able to work in Canada

Important Notes
- This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position

- Training on MaidBright standards is provided
