As a Mechanic (310T), you will play a critical role in keeping our operations moving, serving as a key contributor to the reliability and performance of our fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, construction equipment, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and heavy powertrains.
No two days will be the same. Your work will include both in‑shop maintenance and off‑site service calls, including emergency roadside repairs that require strong diagnostic skills and sound judgment. A proactive approach to preventative and predictive maintenance will be essential, along with accurate and timely service documentation to support an organized, efficient shop environment.
Safety will always be your top priority. You will actively promote and uphold a safety‑first culture, leading by example for employees, subcontractors, and consultants alike. Your technical expertise and professional judgment will be valued as you provide input on repair strategies, including decisions related to external service providers, while also supporting the overall upkeep and efficiency of the shop.
As an essential member of our team, you will help ensure our equipment operates at peak performance—supporting our crews in the field and contributing directly to the success of our projects.
