What You'll Be Doing

Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety checks

Identify and mark coils and materials accurately

Conduct routine equipment inspections

Handle heavy general labour tasks in a steel manufacturing environment

Lift, bend, push, and pull materials safely throughout your shift

Work safely around machinery, heat, and industrial equipment

Support production teams to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
-
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience in manufacturing, steel, construction, or heavy labour environments
-
Comfortable working in high heat, dusty, and noisy conditions

Ability to safely wear required PPE

Basic hand tool experience

Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, comprehension)

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
